Our Plan Review Service is a short term (60 working days/3 calendar months) Subscription. We filter ideas, test your assumptions, analyze your operational plan and give a constructive assessment of your vision. You receive recommendations for your plan based on assessment, research, and experience , We have three service levels based on the size of the document we are reviewing:
- Plan Review Service Level I for documents 25 pages or less not including attachments

Plan Review Service Level II for documents 50 pages or less not including attachments

Plan Review Service Level III for documents 51 pages or more not including attachments
During the Subscription Service Period we hold weekly meetings online to share our thoughts, update you on our progress and answer any questions and resolve concerns. Each review has three essential elements that go beyond crunching numbers and reading market research:

At your request we provide various premuim services such as; site visits, facility inspections, additional market research and execute due diligence reviews of firms to be acquired. These additional services are provided on a fixed fee basis in consideration of travel, service time and scope of the task requested.
The Subscription is payable in three installments.
There is a Subscription Set Up Fee paid upon engagement , that creates a password protected Vital Toolbox Information Exchange Account that facilitates document transfer and creates a secure email account for communications that is archived and logged for record keeping purposes and becomes part of the final report delivered to the Subscriber.
We provide an Interim Plan Review Report upon payment of the second installment. The Interim Plan Review is a draft of the Final Plan Review. This document allows the Subscriber to get a sense of our assessment of what we have reviewed and received to date and make recommendations that will guide the second half of the review process.
The Final Plan Review Report includes a comprehensive review of the plan , all notes and calculations , all emails exchanged during the Subscription and copies of the Entrepreneurship , Due Diligence and Organizational Risk Assessments.
